Big Move

When our niece, Jenny, was busy packing to move, their little boy, Brett, needed a little reassuring. Kyle took this photo and I wanted to scrap it. I used the bright colors to represent Charleston (they moved from Charleston to Illinois). I used the black make it pop but to represent how I feel about them moving away. The photo is black and white but with a colorful center to represent the heart.

When we visited Jenny last November we spent a day sightseeing and on the way home, Brett  was getting sleepy (and his Mommy was too) and was humming himself to sleep!

Stan had a business trip to Chicago and we decided to make it into a vacation as well. Mom, Dad and I rode with him up to Jenny's house and picked her and Brett up. Then we went on to Chicago. We stayed a few days there and then went back to her house and stayed the rest of the week. Here are some scrapbook pages I did tonight of Brett during that visit.

Our niece, Jenny, was in the 2005 Miss SC Pageant as Miss Charleston Southern.

Tanner's Orchard, Speer, IL

We took Brett to Tanner's Orchard in Speer, IL. We really enjoyed our time there and bought a little fortune in products.































Brett enjoyed playing in the playground and seeing the animals.
