When we quizzed Katrina Kaif about her supposed item song in Hrithik Roshan's Agneepath while she was promoting Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, she denied it altogether.
Nonetheless, Karan Johar himself revealed to the world on Twitter soon after, confirming the news.
Apparently the song which is touted as Katrina's best (better than Sheila too) has a Marathi twist.
We've heard the song is based on Marathi superhit track 'Kombdi Palali' from the film 'Jatra'. The lyrics have been changed but tune's the same. 'Chikni Chameli' is the song title.
Katrina has performed Sheila, lavni style on stage before but we are more than eager to see Kats' Kolhapuri latka jhatka in this one!
